A day of ‘fun and friendship’ was had by all at Filey Lions Ladies latest event.

A Dabble Day was held on October 20 at Filey’s Parish Hall, giving the opportunity to ‘dabble’ in a variety of crafts an activities thanks to demonstrators who displayed their different skills.

Four different activities were on offer, and were enjoyed by more than a dozen people who turned up for the event.

Liz Russell, president of the Filey Lions Ladies said: “We would like to thank everyone who supported this successful event and wish to pay special thanks to all the demonstrators who gave up their time to demonstrate their craft skills to others. This was a day of fun and friendship with those participating having a dabble at four different crafts throughout the day.”
