Area CAP group meets

A MEETING of Community and Police Action Groups across the area will take place next month.
The Tier 1 CAP Group will meet at the Whitby Museum in Pannet Park on Thursday July 17 from 7.30pm, when the guest will be Stuart Pudney from the police authority.

The group covers the whole Scarborough district and involves chairmen from consultative groups from the Filey, Scarborough and Whitby areas, who meet to exchange information and discuss current trends, police performance and ask questions about local policing for their areas.

These meetings are open to all members of public throughout the area.
