THE Monsters of Swill rock festival held in Hunmanby last month raised £324.07 for St Catherine's Hospice.
Around a dozen acts graced the two-day event, which was held at the Horseshoe Inn, in Stonegate.

Jane Richardson, fundraiser at the hospice, said: "We would like to thank landlords Kev and Bobbi and barman Les for all their hard work in putting on the event, which will pay for 24 hours of specialist nursing care for a patient staying at the hospice".

The festival, first held in the village at the Veterinary Arms in 1991, returned to Hunmanby after taking place in Pickering for the past few years.
