A SPEETON student is hoping to build on her success after being rewarded for her outstanding property-based work.
Polly Coleman, 20, was presented with an award from Carter Jonas property consultants in recognition of her assignment into a real-life farmhouse.
Miss Coleman, a second year Rural Enterprise and Land Management student at Harper Adams University College, in Shropshire, was challenged to work in a group on the Haston Farmhouse near Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
She said: “I really enjoyed doing the assignment and found it a good experience.
“Hopefully it will relate to the rest of my course at Harper Adams and when I get a graduate job.
Andrew Black, an associate of the Shrewsbury Carter Jonas branch, added: “This year’s assignment included a diverse mix of agricultural, residential and commercial properties on the estate and has been specifically tailored to provide students with real life skills for use during their placement year.”
