STUDENTS from Filey School put on the glitz and glamour to enjoy their annual prom.
The Year 11 pupils arrived in style for the event at Scarborough’s Crown Hotel, with the girls turning heads in their special outfits and the boys shaking and stirring onlookers with their James Bond style for the night.
The students were driven to the prom in all manner of stylish and unusual vehicles including limousines and even a tractor.
Nick Messenger, assistant headteacher at the school, said: “I am delighted that as usual the prom was a very successful evening enjoyed by all students and staff.
“The staff really enjoy this opportunity to see their students at this formal occasion.
“The prom marks the end of the exam season as students now begin their long summer holiday.
“I am very proud of our students and would like to let students know that guests at the hotel also appreciated the magnificent sight which the students provided.”
