James Robertson, 48, of Scalby Road: fined £112 plus £105 costs for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.

Fiona Davidson, 44, of High Hutton, Huttons Ambo: jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, plus drug dependency treatment for 12 months and rehabilitation activity requirement, plus £115 costs, for thefts of £26.99 of clothing from Sports Direct, £61.96 of clothing from New Look, £30 of clothing from Bon Marche, theft of £120 rugs from Mike’s Carpets and breaching a community order imposed for theft, possesing valium, a class C controlled drug, failing to surrender to custody and fraud.

Aaron Michael Burns, 28, of Crown Terrace: community order made, including 100 hours’ unpaid work over 12 months, plus £170 costs, for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

Adele Louise Garbutt, 33, of Valley Road: fined £80 plus £1.99 compensation and £105 costs for theft of £1.99 bottle of Lambrini from Co-op store in Westwood Road.

Alan Clithero, 44, of Mount Park Avenue: community order made, including rehabilitation activity requirement and 250 hours’ unpaid work over 12 months, plus £100 compensation and £170 costs, for two charges of assault.

Harry Dove, 61, of Trinity Road: fined £120 plus £105 costs for driving without due care and attention in Vernon Road and failing to report an accident in which injury was caused to another person.

Robert Adam Sherwood, 29, of Newbiggin, Malton: community order made, including 250 hours’ unpaid work over 12 months, plus £170 costs and banned from driving for 42 months, for possessing cannabis, possessing amphetamine, three charges of drug-driving, driving without a valid licence and driving without valid insurance.

Tracy Blackburn, 48, of Queens Terrace: community order made, including exclusion order from TK Maxx for 12 months and
rehabilitation activity requirement, plus £85 costs, for three charges of stealing handbags from TK Maxx and failing to surrender to custody.

James Christopher Peter Rogers, 27, of Lady Edith’s Drive: fined £165 plus £270 costs and banned from driving for 12 months for drug-driving.

Cairo Jarvis, 21, of Ling Hill, Newby: community order made, including rehabilitation activity requirement and 160 hours’ unpaid work over 12 months, plus £170 costs, for assault.
Neil David Cooper, 34, of Pavilion Terrace: jailed for 12 weeks plus £115 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, handling stolen goods and breaching a community order imposed for assaulting a community support officer.

Adam John Cousins, 33, of Commercial Street, Norton: variation of community order with addition of 21 hours’ unpaid work over 12 months, for failing to comply with unpaid work and rehabilitation activity requirements of community order.

Adele Louise Bradwell, 37, of Weaponness Valley Road: community order made, including rehabilitation activity requirement and 200 hours’ unpaid work over 12 months, plus £170 costs, for assault.

Thomas John Cassidy, 26, of Tollergate: jailed for 12 weeks concurrent to present recall, plus £115 costs, for assault.
