Filey-raised chef James Mackenzie is the guest of his North Yorkshire pal James Martin on Saturday Kitchen on Saturday.
James, who now owns the Pipe and Glass Inn in South Dalton, near Beverley, will join James, who was born and brought up near Castle Howard, on the BBC 1 morning magazine programme from 10am.
There will be the usual mix of chat and cooking and celebrity guests.
Both chefs attended what is now Yorkshire Coast College in Scarborough.
After leaving college James worked at a gastro pub in Worcestershire,.
He came back to Yorkshire as head chef for Andrew Pern at the Star Inn at Harome in 2002.
He and his wife Kate cbbought the free-hold of the Pipe and Glass in 2006.
The Inn won the Yorkshire Life dining pub of the year in 2006/7 and restaurant of the year in 2007/8. It was named Best Newcomer at the 2008 Northern Hospitality Awards, and was judged one of the 40 best restaurants outside London at the London Restaurant Awards
The restaurant gained its first Michelin star in 2010.
