TWENTY years have passed since Martin Russell struck that decisive penalty that provided Scarborough FC with one of the shock results of the 1980s.
The Irish midfielder's League Cup goal in October of 1989 sealed a 4-3 aggregate success against Chelsea of the English top flight, booking himself a place in Seadog folklore.
