Scarborough Athletic under-15s continued their excellent start to the season in the top flight of the Hull Boys Sunday League with their sixth straight win , seeing off DCSI Leopards 3-1.

The Athletic lads, sporting their new kit sponsored by Bosomworth Glass of Filey, started brightly but it was the visitors who took the lead through a free-kick after 10 minutes.

The hosts looked strong but could just couldn’t convert their chances, but finally in the 36th minute they levelled when Josh Welburn tapped in from a corner.

Boro started the second half with the same desire and determination and again looked the better team.

They were rewarded on 65 minutes with an excellent goal, Joe Dunnett scoring with an overhead kick.

Dunnett struck again on 73 minutes, volleying in from a Ryan Megginson cross.
