The bid for Scarborough DMC Championship trials honours hotted up at the weekend as they ran the third round at Harwood Dale.
The glorious sunshine brought Scarborough’s Simon Kershaw back to something like his best form with only four marks dropped, to win a hard expert class from Mark Harrison with Scarborough’s Andy Lockwood third.
Laura Marti from Spain added an International flavour to the event and secured a fine finish in only her second trial in the Clubman Easy Class.
A strong bunch of talented youth riders are making their mark in the sport with Zac Collinson, Elliot Woodall and his brother Lewis leading the way, all winning their respective classes.
In a little bit older age group Dave Wilkinson, also a seasider, earned third place in Clubman B class
