FILEY Town have been handed a home draw in the quarter-finals of the East Riding FA Senior Country Cup.
Kez Keary’s charges will play host to Hodgsons on Saturday February 6, 2pm kick-off at Clarence Drive.
Town won 3-0 at Paull Wanderers in the first round, and then claimed a 5-1 success at home to Easington United in the second round.
The Filey lads will have their work cut out against Beverley-based Hodgsons, who romped to a 10-1 home victory against Haltemprice, followed by a thumping 8-2 win at home to Long Riston.
Town’s first division rivals Sherburn have been drawn away to Bridlington Sports in the same cup competition.
Jay Taylor’s Filey Town Reserves team will travel to Pocklington Town Reserves in the third round of the East Riding Junior Country Cup on Saturday February 13, 2pm ko.
Third division Saturday League side Heslerton play host to Beckett League outfit Pro-pak in the same competition, while another Beckett side, Norton United, are at home to Bridlington Rovers.
