£20,000 raid on farm

OVER £20,000 worth of goods have been stolen from a farm in Hunmanby.

Crooks made off with a £7,000 red and black Honda Foreman TRX-5000 quad bike from a garage at the farm in Bartindale Road overnight between Thursday and Friday.

They also stole £14,000 worth of horse bridles and saddles.

Police believe the thieves struck between 9pm and 7.30am, and have asked for any witnesses, or anybody who noticed any suspicious vehicles in the area at that time, to contact PC 338 Banks at Filey Police on the new non-emergency number, 101.
