Cayton 3rds suffered their first defeat of the season in their division C game at home to basement club Ganton 2nds, slumping to 39 all out in a low-scoring contest.

Three teenagers shone in Wykeham 3rds’ 24-run home win against a depleted Ravenscar 2nds outfit.
Batsman Toby Wrighton scored a stylish 52, with fellow youngster Ben Norman adding 23 as the hosts made 137-9, a five-wicket haul by seasoned campaigner Anthony White keeping the visitors in the game.
Opener Andy Bloomfield hit a considered 21, but it was a swashbuckling 46 from teen all-rounder Luke Stokoe that gave Wykeham a few worrying moments before they dismissed Ravenscar for 113 in the penultimate over, Norman bowling superbly for his 5-20.

Luke Dixon, 49, Andy Dixon, 32, and Mel Dixon, 26, helped the visitors to 188-6, and Lockton sank to 69 all out in reply.
The home side will bhave been thankful to have got that many after slipping to 11-5 at one stage, only a defiant 24 from Simon Boyes boosting Lockton. Harry Burton and Luke Dixon took three wickets apiece for the victors.
Batsman Eric Hall and bowler Philip Lee steered Forge Valley 3rds to a 49-run win at Sewerby 3rds.
Hall hit 50 as Valley looked to be in trouble at 101 all out, Nathan Stabler taking 7-54 and Ben Storey 3-3 for Sewerby.
