Striker Sean Exley smashed in six goals as division one leaders Newlands Park hammered Seamer Sports 8-1, while Westover Wasps beat Whitby Fisherman’s Society 6-0 to ease their relegation fears, the other results seeing Falsgrave win 2-1 at Hunmanby United and Filey Town triumph 3-0 at lowly Ryedale Sports.

Sean Exley hit Seamer for six as the league leaders cruised to an 8-1 victory at home to the villagers.
The visitors opened the scoring after just 10 minutes, but two goals from Exley in the space of two minutes put Shaun Mancrief’s side in front and they never looked back, the striker adding a third before half-time.
Exley banged in another two goals after the interval, Kile Fields and Billy Logan adding a goal apiece to make it 7-1 before Exley completed his double hat-trick to round off Park’s 16th win in 16 league games.
The star man award went to Exley, but right-back Johnny Manson also excelled.
Westover Wasps 6 (Jones 3, O’Flanagan 2, K Rose) Whitby Fisherman’s Society 0
Westover Wasps secured a crucial 6-0 home win against relegation rivals Whitby Fisherman’s Society.
The home side took the lead when Kurt Rose won a header and the ball fell to Luke Jones, who ran through for a one-on-one with the Whitby keeper and lobbed the ball over him and into the net.
The Wasps made it 2-0 when defensive midfielder Chris Cass played the ball through to Sam O’Flanagan, and the latter fired the ball home.
After the interval Cass was involved again, his pass setting Jones free and he drove the ball into the net.
Man of the match Sean Bloom set up Kurt Rose, who raced clear of the Whitby defence and cut the ball back for O’Flanagan tapped the ball in.
James Seymour started the move for the fifth goal, his pass releasing Rose, who played a neat one-two with Jones, the latter slotting his shot into the net.
Jones then returned the favour, this time the one-two with Rose allowing him to score the sixth of the game.
Bloom was named as man of the match for a strong central midfield performance.
Ryedale Sports Club 0 Filey Town 3 (Philliskirk, Tomlinson, Burton)
Filey Town earned a fine 3-0 win at Ryedale Sports, adding to the home side’s relegation worries.
Ricky Tomlinson set up Jordan Philliskirk for the opener on 15 minutes and the score remained the same until the 70th minute.
Town finally doubled their lead with a Tomlinson header after fine work from left-back Liam Sugden.
Man of the match Luca Burton wrapped up the win with a neat breakaway goal in the closing minutes.
Veteran Heath Brown was man of the match for Ryedale, while Joe Eblet also impressed for Filey upon his return from the reserves.
Hunmanby United 1 Falsgrave 2 (Kwiatowski, Anderson)
Goals from Adrian Kwiatowski and Mikey Anderson secured a crucial 2-1 win for Falsgrave at Hunmanby United.
This win puts Billy-Joe Johnson’s side eight points clear of the relegation zone, and one more win could well rubber-stamp their place in the top flight for another season.
Centre-back Alan McCarten was named as the Falsgrave man of the match.
