Hackness Tennis Club are holding their annual open day on Saturday May 14, 10am to 4pm, as they aim to boost their membership.
The open day coincides with the Lawn Tennis Association’s ‘Great British Tennis Weekend’ (see lta.org.uk/gbtw).
The club is based in a beautiful countryside location at Lowdales Road (SATNAV YO13 0BJ), approximately five miles from Scarborough, close to Hackness Village School.
It has three lawn courts, two hard courts and an attractive new clubhouse. Children and adults of all abilities are welcome as the club offers coaching for of all levels.
Club members will be on hand to welcome any prospective newcomers from 10am to 4pm. Rackets are available to borrow.
