Jamie Scotter will make his long-awaited professional debut at Hull City Hall next Friday.
Scotter was set to make his first appearance in the paid ranks earlier this year, only for a problem with his medical to delay his debut.
The middleweight has put those issues to bed now and can’t wait to get in action next week.
“I don’t know much about who I‘m fighting,” said Scotter.
“I’m looking forward to it now, it’s been a long wait.
“I’ve had some good sparring in Hull and training has gone well, so I’m ready to fight now.”
Scotter’s coach and promoter Paul Kershaw can’t wait for Scotter to get his pro career started.
“Jamie has looked superb in training and sparring,” said Kershaw.
“We can’t wait to see Jamie in action now, it’s been a long time coming.”
Boxing starts at 8pm, with doors to open at 6.30pm, with seven fights scheduled.
“It’s a fantastic venue, it’ll be a great night of boxing,” added Kershaw.
Tickets are still available priced at £50 ringside and £30 standard, contact Jamie on 07845 656462.
