HUNMANBY’S hidden gems are due to be unveiled during a series of Heritage Open Days in the village.
The events offer residents and visitors the chance to explore areas of historical and architectural significance from Hunmanby’s past.
Featuring an insight into All Saints Church, Wrangham House and the Market Cross, the Heritage Days take place next month.
Dr Simon Thurley, chief executive of English Heritage, said: “Heritage Open Days are about people and places, they celebrate community and reflect the importance of the built environment in our lives.
“It is organised by local people who dedicate their spare time to opening properties and staging activities, and it is their knowledge and enthusiasm that makes Heritage Open Days happen.”
